How Do Monthly Boxes Work?
The monthly boxes can be ordered with various durations. Payment is due immediately and in advance. The following durations are offered:
- Monthly Billing
- Three-Month Billing
- Six-Month Billing
- Annual Billing
Customers are rewarded with discounts for longer durations.
How Can I Cancel or Pause My Monthly Box?
Managing your subscription is easy and flexible. You can make changes anytime in your user account, whether it's canceling, pausing, or adjusting your preferences. Keep in mind the selected duration when making changes. In this context, the already selected duration must be considered. There is no refund of the price for durations of 3/6/12 months. The subscription can only be paused and/or terminated after this period.
What is the "Clouds" rewards programme?
This programme rewards your loyalty. You have the option of joining this programme by clicking on the Collecting Cloud emblem at the bottom left of the page and clicking on "Join". Once a customer account has been created, the Clouds can be viewed and redeemed under "Rewards (Clouds)".
For every CHF 1 spent, you will receive 10 Clouds.
The Clouds can be redeemed as follows:
1500 Clouds = CHF 5.-
3000 Clouds = CHF 12.-
5000 Clouds = CHF 25.-
