Order and Shipping
Cancellation of an order is only possible before the shipment of the goods. After shipment, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, the following provisions apply.
Return Policy
Customers have the right to return purchased items within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of the goods from the seller or the seller's representatives without specifying any reasons. The return of items is only possible if they are in the original packaging. The request for a return must be directed to info@collecting.cloud. Upon receipt of the request, the necessary instructions will be sent to the customer within 24 hours via email. Return shipping costs will be covered and refunded by Collecting Cloud. Customers will be informed about the status of the refund via email.

Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items with Identified Defects Customers have the right to inform the seller about identified defects, faults, or incorrect deliveries and to have them rectified within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the receipt of the items from the seller or the seller's representatives. In the event of a return for the mentioned reasons, Collecting Cloud will cover the associated costs and refund the customer within 5 business days. The request for a return should be directed to info@collecting.cloud. Subsequently, the necessary instructions will be sent to the customer within 24 hours via email. Return shipping costs will be covered and reimbursed by Collecting Cloud. Customers will be notified of the refund status via email.
Liability
In the case of lost and misdirected orders, Collecting Cloud also assumes the associated costs and refunds them to the customer. The customer should contact info@collecting.cloud in the event of a delayed arrival.
Auctions
The provider is liable for intent and gross negligence. The provider is only liable for slight negligence in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, whereby liability is limited to foreseeable damage.
The provider accepts no liability for technical malfunctions of the website or interruptions to the auction function, unless these are due to intent or gross negligence.
Exceptions
Defects caused by improper handling of the items by the customer will not be refunded and will be at the expense of the customer.
