Cancellation policy

In-stock products

Cancellation of an order for in-stock products is only possible before the goods are shipped. The order can no longer be canceled after shipment. In this case, the right of exchange applies (can be found in our refund policy).

Pre-ordered products

Pre-ordered products cannot be canceled after the order has been placed and cannot be returned after receipt, as we must take the ordered quantities from our suppliers on a binding basis. This regulation serves to protect our customers and Collecting Cloud from strongly fluctuating supplier prices that may occur before or at the time of release.
