How can you participate in the raffle?
You can purchase Collector's Chance tickets on our website. Collector's Chance takes place at regular intervals. Each Collector's Chance ends on a predetermined date.

How many Collector's Chance tickets can I buy?
You can buy as many tickets as you like to increase your chances of winning.

I have bought Collector's Chance tickets, what now?
At the end of the competition period, the winner will be drawn physically via livestream on Twitch and notified. The item(s) won will then be sent free of charge.

Will I participate in multiple draws with my selected number?
No, each ticket number can only win one prize per draw. If your number is drawn, it is excluded from the remaining prizes for that particular Collector's Chance.

Under what circumstances does the Collector's Chance take place?
When all tickets or at least enough tickets have been sold to cover our costs. We will inform you in good time. If you do not hear from us before the draw, the Collector's Chance will take place.

What happens if the Collector's Chance does not take place?
The purchase price will be refunded. You do not need to do anything else. The refund will be made automatically.

How are the winning balls drawn?
The bingo balls are mixed in the drum and drawn one after the other to determine all the winning balls. During the mechanical drawing process using bingo drums, in exceptional cases a ball may fall out during the mixing process. In such cases, the ball in question will be counted as a regular winning ball in the draw.

What is the condition of the items?
The items are in perfect condition. In rare cases, minor visual defects may occur, such as minimal damage to the film. This is due to the fact that products delivered by the supplier may occasionally have such irregularities. Such defects do not affect the quality of the products, as more severely damaged items are sorted out in advance.
