How can you take part in the Collector's Chance?
You can buy Collector's Chance tickets on our website. The Collector's Chance items are offered at regular intervals. Each Collector's Chance ends on a predetermined date.

How many Collector's Chance tickets can I buy?
You can buy as many Collector's Chance tickets as you like to increase your chances of winning.

I have bought Collector's Chance tickets, what now?
At the end of the competition period, the winner will be physically drawn live via video stream on Instagram and notified. The item/items won will then be sent free of charge.

Will I take part in several draws with my selected number?
No. Each ticket (number) can only be won once per draw. If your number has been drawn (Congratulations!). This number is excluded from the remaining Collector's Chance prizes. The ticket number will not be added again.

Under what circumstances does the Collector's Chance take place?
When all tickets or at least enough tickets have been sold to cover our costs. We will inform you in good time. If you do not hear from us before the draw, the Collector's Chance will take place.

What happens if the Collector's Chance does not take place?
The purchase price will be refunded. You do not have to do anything else. The refund will be made automatically.
